Foot File
These foot files are part of the HMH Heal Your Heels program. At night, file dry (before showering) callused heels. Then, after showering, lightly apply Heal My Heels and massage in.
NOTE: Be careful not to file too much at any one sitting. Rather, file a bit each day until heels are back to normal. Also - if you accidentally apply too much, your feet will be slippery! I apply the Heal My Heels right before going to bed. It will not transfer onto your sheets if you apply lightly and massage in well.
The files are dual grit - 180/100 and are washable. I use a nail brush and soap to scrub, then rinse well. Stand on end to dry.

Q: How do I use a solid lotion bar?
A: Your natural body heat is the key. Place the bar between your palms for a few seconds. As the botanical butters warm up, the bar will begin to "glide" across your skin.Gently rub the bar over your hands, knuckles, and cuticles, or any dry "trouble spots" like elbows and heels. You don't need much; a little goes a long way because there are no fillers.
Set the bar aside and massage the rich oils into your skin. Within a minute or two, the Jojoba and Lanolin will penetrate the deeper layers of your skin, leaving a protective, breathable barrier on the surface that lasts through 2–3 hand washes or 6-8 hours.
Q: Are your products diluted with water?
A: No. Unlike pump lotions that are 70–80% water and alcohol, our bars contain 100% active, pure botanicals, unrefined beeswax, and nourishing plant butters, never fillers, parabens, or synthetic stabilizers.
Q: How long does a single tin last?
A:Because the formula is concentrated with zero water, one bar typically lasts longer than multiple bottles of conventional liquid lotion (about 3–6 months if used daily).
Q: How do your zero-waste refills work?
A: Keep your original reusable aluminum tin. When you're ready for more, order a refill bar. It will arrive in a little wax bag, to drop straight into your tin and reduce environmental packaging waste. -
