Heal My Face

Pour about a teaspoon of grains into your palm. Moisten with water and spread on your face, avoiding eye area. Massage in gentle circles to exfoliate. Allow to dry for five minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Follow with your favorite facial moisturizer.

If you have a normal or oily complexion, use 3 Grain Scrub & Mask whenever you feel the need. If you have a delicate or dry complexion, use twice a week. If your skin is particularly sensitive, massage very gently, and rinse off immediately.

Tips: You can mix 3 Grain Scrub & Mask with:

Freshly brewed and cooled Green Tea
Finely grated or puree of Cucumber (for red or irritated complexions)
A splash of lemon Juice (for excessively oily complexions)
Your favorite facial moisturizer (for exceeding dry complexions)
A tablespoon of crushed Avocado (for exceeding dry complexions)

Mix with your choice and spread over your face as usual.
